1. Overview

1.1 This Pricing Policy sets out how AI Prompt Architect's pricing works, including Credits, subscriptions, and free tier access.

1.2 By purchasing Credits or subscribing, You agree to these terms and Our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

2. Pricing Model

2.1 Credits. AI features are accessed through Credits. Each AI operation consumes a specified number of Credits depending on: (a) the AI model used; (b) the complexity of the operation; and (c) the length of input/output.

2.2 Credit Packs. Credits are available in pre-defined packs at fixed prices. Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page of the Service.

2.3 Subscriptions. Subscription plans may include a monthly Credit allocation, premium features, and priority support. Details are displayed on the pricing page.

2.4 Free Tier. A limited free tier may be available, providing a small number of Credits for evaluation purposes. Free tier availability and limits are at Our sole discretion.

3. Payment

3.1 Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit/debit cards. Full card details are never stored on Our servers.

3.2 Currency. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion is handled by Your payment provider.

3.3 VAT/Tax. Prices are exclusive of VAT, sales tax, or other applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes in Your jurisdiction.

3.4 Invoices. Transaction receipts are available via Your Account Settings and Stripe's customer portal.

4. Credit Terms

4.1 Credits are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or gifted to third parties.

4.2 Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as provided by Our Refund Policy.

4.3 Credits are NOT electronic money, a payment instrument, or a stored-value facility under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 or Payment Services Regulations 2017.

4.4 Expiry. Credits expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Expired Credits are forfeited.

4.5 Exhaustion. When Credits are consumed (used to generate Output), they are considered fully delivered digital content. Consumed Credits are non-refundable.

5. Price Changes

5.1 We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes take effect for new purchases only and do not affect Credits already purchased.

5.2 For subscription customers, We will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice of price changes. If the new price is unacceptable, You may cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Enterprise Pricing

6.1 Enterprise customers may negotiate custom pricing, volume discounts, SLAs, and dedicated support via a separate Enterprise Agreement.

7. BYOK Pricing

7.1 When using Bring Your Own Key (BYOK), Credits are not consumed. You pay Your chosen AI provider directly for API usage. See Our BYOK Policy for details.

8. Fair Usage

8.1 All usage is subject to Our Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with resale, automated abuse, or circumvention of limits may be suspended.

9. Consumer Rights

9.1 UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this Policy affects Your statutory rights as a consumer.

9.2 Right of Withdrawal. See Our Refund Policy for details on the fourteen (14) day cooling-off period and how it applies to digital content.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Our total liability for pricing-related claims shall not exceed the amount of the specific purchase in question.

10.2 We are not liable for: (a) third-party payment processing errors; (b) currency conversion losses; or (c) tax miscalculations by Your jurisdiction's authorities.
