We're committed to making AI Prompt Architect usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We follow WCAG 2.2 AA standards. If you find something that doesn't work with your assistive technology, email us and we'll fix it within 30 days.

1. Our Commitment

1.1 MC Conversions Ltd is committed to ensuring that AI Prompt Architect is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to comply with applicable accessibility standards and to provide an inclusive experience.

1.2 This statement applies to the AI Prompt Architect web application at aipromptarchitect.co.uk and all associated subdomains.

2. Standards We Follow

2.1 We target conformance with the following standards:

  • WCAG 2.2 Level AA — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (W3C Recommendation)

  • European Accessibility Act (EAA) — Directive (EU) 2019/882, effective June 2025

  • EN 301 549 — European accessibility requirements for ICT products and services

  • Section 508 — US Rehabilitation Act requirements (for US public sector users)

  • Equality Act 2010 — UK legislation requiring reasonable adjustments

3. Accessibility Features

3.1 The Service includes the following accessibility features:

  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard

  • Screen Reader Support: Semantic HTML and ARIA attributes for screen reader compatibility

  • Colour Contrast: Minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for normal text (WCAG 2.2 Level AA)

  • Text Resizing: Content supports up to 200% zoom without loss of functionality

  • Focus Indicators: Visible focus indicators for all interactive elements

  • Alt Text: Descriptive alternative text for all meaningful images

  • Dark/Light Mode: Choice of visual theme to reduce eye strain

  • Reduced Motion: Respects prefers-reduced-motion browser setting

4. Known Limitations

4.1 While We strive for full accessibility, some limitations may exist:

  • AI-generated Output may not always include appropriate alt text or ARIA attributes

  • Third-party embedded content (e.g., payment forms via Stripe) may have independent accessibility limitations

  • Some complex interactive features (code editor, document depth panel) may have limited screen reader support

4.2 We are actively working to address these limitations and welcome feedback.

5. Testing & Auditing

5.1 We conduct periodic accessibility reviews using: automated tools (aXe, Lighthouse), manual keyboard and screen reader testing, and user feedback.

5.2 We are committed to conducting a formal accessibility audit by a certified accessibility specialist within twelve (12) months of this statement.

6. Feedback & Requests

6.1 If You encounter accessibility barriers, or need content in an alternative format, please contact Luke@mcconversions.uk with subject "Accessibility."

6.2 We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and to implement reasonable adjustments within thirty (30) days.

7. Enforcement

7.1 UK: If You are not satisfied with Our response, You may contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS): equalityadvisoryservice.com

7.2 EU: You may also report accessibility issues to Your national enforcement body under the European Accessibility Act.

8. Updates

8.1 This statement is reviewed annually and updated as accessibility improvements are made.
